Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, you must notify the participating restaurant immediately, preferably by phone, and state your order number. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses the cancellation, (e.g. preparation of the order you placed has been completed and/or delivery personnel have already been dispatched), we will not be able to refund any order that has already been dispatched. As a general rule, you will not have the right to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of it from the restaurant. Usually, this occurs within 4 minutes of placing the order.

 

If the cancellation was made on time and once the restaurant has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit to your debit, credit card or Bawarchi Mart Wallet within 1 days the full amount, including the initial delivery fee (where applicable), that you paid for the delivery of the goods or services. We may cancel the contract/order if the product is not available for any reason. If this happens we will notify you and refund any payment you have made.

 

However, if any item in your order is unavailable we will contact you on the phone number provided to us when placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such a case you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and receive a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
